I purchased the cd and usb connection cord for my husband, and he really loves the product! He found the cd easy to access and implement, and he continues to use it regularly.
Customer Review: did not work to well
The plug did not work very well. When I tryed to use the cable link I had to hold the plug in the phone to make it connect. This makes it hard to use the computer and make the phone stay connected to the computer.
